At the core of the Author's Personal Transformation Method by Inga Middleton lies a methodology that allows for the proper selection of work techniques, clearly defining and formulating requests, therapy tasks, and presenting you with a solution - a transformation plan.
The essence of the Method is a personalized solution that will take you from your starting point to your desired destination. Throughout the process, besides entering a safe, supportive space, particular attention will be paid to your state. State is paramount.
Based on the client's request, I develop a work plan that takes into account:
- The goal/request, if any. It may not exist. A person may simply feel bad, lost, and want to improve somehow, or may just be seeking support.
- The client's individuality. This allows me to select work techniques that will resonate with you. Why is this important? Few talk about it, but even meditations don't suit everyone. One person may live by logic, structure everything, categorize it all neatly, and it's important for them to understand and comprehend each transformation, while another, for example, needs time to experience feelings. And some people don't even know what feelings are.
The plan includes the path along which I lead the client, the techniques and approaches I use in my work (client preferences are taken into account), and a supportive space.
